ARM Holdings Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q4, FY Guidance Set; Shares Fall After Hours

ARM Holdings (ARM) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $0.39 per diluted share, up from $0.31 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.34.

Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $983 million from $824 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $949.3 million.

The company expects Q4 non-GAAP earnings of $0.48 to $0.56 per diluted share on revenue of $1.18 billion to $1.28 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $0.52 on revenue of $1.22 billion.

Arm expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP earnings of $1.56 to $1.64 per diluted share on revenue of $3.94 billion to $4.04 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $1.56 on revenue of $3.95 billion.

Shares of the company fell 4.8% in recent after-hours activity.
