智通财经APP获悉，晶泰控股-P(02228)再涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.43%，报5.89港元，成交额1.33亿港元。
消息面上，晶泰科技宣布，与亚洲领先的韩国药企JW Pharmaceutical签署千万级人民币的战略合作协议。晶泰科技将为JW提供一套药物发现自动化工作站和基于人工智能（AI）的化学反应优化平台，以全面赋能JW的药物研发效率、重复性与成功率。此次与JW的合作，标志着晶泰科技自动化实验室解决方案首次获得海外药企客户的采购，具有重要的里程碑意义。
此外，1月19日，晶泰科技发布公告称，1月18日公司合计配售2.64亿股，成功筹集所得款总额约11.3亿港元。值得注意的是，晶泰科技此次配股融资金额已超过其IPO所得募资，该公司于2024年6月13日在香港主板IPO上市，当时募资9.89亿港元，加计部分行使超额配股权额外所得，合计募资约10.36亿港元。
