行使海通证券H股现金选择权的合资格异议股东，将有权按每股港币4.16元的现金价，出售其海通证券H股。海通证券H股于周二(4日)的收盘价为每股6.72元，较海通证券H股现金选择权的行使价溢价约61.54%。海通证券异议股东如选择行使海通证券H股的现金选择权，则可能会蒙受损失。(js/w)
