Wotso Property (ASX: WOT) acquired a 2,124 square meters property in Whangarei, for NZ$3.7 million, marking its fourth flex space location in New Zealand, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The acquisition, set to settle in May, boosts the company's property portfolio to over NZ$300 million, the filing said.
The site, previously a car sales yard, will be converted into a flexible workspace with 105 desks and offers future redevelopment potential, the filing added.
Whangarei will be the company's first site outside Auckland, expanding its network to 27 locations across Australia and New Zealand, with four new sites opening by mid-2025.
