Qualcomm (QCOM) said Wednesday that Arm Holdings (ARM) has retracted its October 2024 notice to cancel its license.
The company's CEO, Cristiano Amon, told analysts during its Q1 earnings call that the architecture license agreement tied to a dispute over Qualcomm's computer chips will no longer be terminated.
The company's shares were down more than 5% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
