　　当地时间周三，全球持有比特币最多的上市公司MicroStrategy宣布正式改名为Strategy，并公布了第四季度财报。

　　该公司表示，自去年第三季度末以来，以205亿美元的价格购买218887枚比特币。Strategy目前在其资产负债表上持有471107枚比特币，约占全球比特币总供应量的2%。这些比特币目前总价值超过440亿美元。

　　该公司总裁兼首席执行官Phong Le在第四季度财务报告中表示，“我们已经完成了420亿美元资本计划中的200亿美元，大大超过了最初的时间表，同时引领了金融市场资本的数字化转型。展望2025年剩余时间，我们将充分利用机构和散户投资者对我们战略计划的大力支持，进一步提升股东价值。”

　　Strategy的股票在盘后交易中几乎没有变化。周三早些时候，该公司公布了新的名称和标识，称目的是强调其对比特币的关注。

　　虽然大多数投资者将关注该公司的比特币资产，但它确实报告了其传统软件业务的收益。这些业务第四季度亏损6.708亿美元，合每股3.03美元，上年同期为盈利8，910万美元，合每股0.58美元。

　　营收从上年同期的1.245亿美元下滑3%，至1.207亿美元。软件业务的订阅服务和产品许可部门的销售额有所增长，抵消了产品支持和其他收入的下降。
