消息面上，绿景中国地产公布，公司获悉翘石集团环球有限公司于2月4日向香港特别行政区高等法院提出了对公司的清盘呈请，涉及公司担保本金约21万美元另加应计利息的财务义务。首次聆讯日期定于4月9日。公司将寻求法律措施以坚决反对呈请。
值得注意的是，2月2日，绿景中国地产发布公告，公司全资附属公司碧玺国际有限公司发行的三只有担保商业票据未能如约赎回。公告显示，碧玺国际已于1月28日向未赎回票据持有人发起同意征求，需获得持有未偿还票据本金总额90%以上的债权人支持，方可通过特别决议案实施债务重组方案。
