Embraer's Q4 Backlog Rises to $26.3 Billion

Embraer (ERJ) said Thursday that its backlog for Q4 rose to $26.3 billion from $22.7 billion the previous quarter and $18.7 billion a year earlier.

The airplane manufacturer said the backlog is the highest in the company's history.

The backlog for Embraer's executive jets had the sharpest increase among its segments, recording $7.4 billion in Q4 from $4.4 billion in Q3, and $4.3 billion a year earlier.

Shares of the company were down 1.5% in recent trading.
