金吾财讯 | 石药集团(01093)公布，集团开发的SYS6017(带状疱疹mRNA疫苗)已获得中华人民共和国国家药品监督管理局批准，可以在中国开展临床试验。该产品由编码水痘-带状疱疹病毒(VZV)糖蛋白E(gE蛋白)的mRNA分子包裹于脂质纳米颗粒所构成，适用于预防带状疱疹的感染。临床前研究显示，该产品可有效诱导体液免疫和细胞免疫应答。安全性评价数据亦表明该产品具有良好的安全性，在临床研究上有望表现出较少的不良反应。
