美国企业1月新增就业超出预期，表明在不确定性加剧的情况下就业增长仍有韧性。

　　ADP Research Institute周三发布的数据显示，1月就业人数增加18.3万；12月数据上修为增加17.6万。接受调查的经济学家预测中值为增加15万。

　　周三的报告再次证实劳动力市场仍在以健康的速度扩张。虽然职位空缺减少和薪资增长放缓表明出现一些放缓势头，但雇主仍在招聘且裁员有限。

　　美联储官员在评估今年的降息幅度时密切关注劳动力市场的发展。去年夏天失业率的快速抬头是决策者决定在2024年将利率降低整整一个百分点的关键驱动力。但自那以来，就业市场再次表现出强劲势头，美联储主席杰罗姆·鲍威尔上周将其描述为“相当稳定”。

　　“我们在2025年开局强劲，但掩盖了劳动力市场的两极分化，”ADP首席经济学家Nela Richardson说。“面向消费者的行业推动了招聘，而商业服务和生产领域的就业增长较弱。”

　　就业增长主要集中在服务部门，贸易和运输以及休闲和酒店业领涨。在商品生产行业中，建筑业和采矿业的就业人数也增加，但制造业就业人数下降。

　　ADP与斯坦福数字经济实验室合作发布的这份报告显示，工资稳定增长。换工作的雇员工资同比增长6.8%，而留在原职的雇员工资增长4.7%。

　　ADP的调查结果基于覆盖超过2500万美国私营部门雇员的就业数据。
