Canadian Pacific, USW Canada Reach Tentative Accord on New Contract

Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CP, CP.TO) Wednesday said the railroad company has reached a tentative four-year collective agreement with United Steelworkers representing around 6000 of its clerical and intermodal employees in Canada.

Details of the tentative collective agreement were not immediately disclosed and will not be released until the agreement has been ratified, the company said. The deal is the company's third in Canada during 2025, the company said.

The USW Canada did not immediately respond to a message from MT Newswires on Wednesday seeking comment about the proposed contract agreement.
