Lindian Resources Gives $1.3 Million Site Access Road Contract for Malawian Rare Earths Project; Shares Down 5%

Lindian Resources (ASX:LIN) gave a $1.3 million site access road contract to European construction group Mota-Engil for its Kangankunde rare earths project in Malawi, the company said in a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The contract includes the intersection of the access road with the main M1 highway, 5 kilometers of access road works, and civil works around the mining lease access area with an associated security area, added the filing.

Company shares dropped almost 5% in recent Thursday trade.
