Cettire (ASX:CTT) received notice that JPMorgan Chase and its affiliated entities became substantial holders of the mining firm as of Feb. 3, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The financial services firm and its affiliates acquired 19.1 million shares in the company, representing 5% total voting power, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell nearly 5% in recent Thursday trade.
