新浪科技讯 2月6日上午消息，名创优品创始人、董事会主席兼CEO叶国富发表新春开工寄语。叶国富称，在过去一年，尽管外部环境面临诸多变化和挑战，名创优品总体业绩依然跑赢行业，这得益于我们始终战略聚焦——成为 “世界第一的 IP 设计零售集团”。

　　在产品研发与服务层面，叶国富称，名创优品要回归零售本质。聚焦核心业务和核心品类，将更多的资源和精力投入到产品研发中；深入洞察客户需求，不盲目追求冗余的功能和包装，为全世界消费者提供更有品质感、价值感和体验感的产品和服务。

　　叶国富向名创优品全员提出六大要求。他称，内部沟通严禁使用 PPT，含工作汇报、总结规划、述职答辩等，对外根据工作需要自行决定。少开会、开短会、开有用的会，内外部会议以30分钟为宜，最长不超过1小时；汇报资料不超过3页；重大事项若经3次讨论无果则及时叫停。秉承“今日事今日毕”与“事不过夜”原则，各项OA审批流程实现一日三批，确保全球化工作协同高效顺畅。
