禹洲集团拟延长境外债务重组截止日期至2025年8月31日
财中社2月6日电禹洲集团（01628）发布公告，宣布计划延长境外债务重组的最后截止日期。公司表示，当前的营商环境对其业务运营和现金流造成了压力，因此需要更多时间来满足尚未达成的重组条件，包括根据美国破产法第15章取得香港计划的认可。公司计划将最后截止日期延长至2025年8月31日，以便能够调配现金或寻找离岸资金，支付重组生效日期前需要的款项。
公告中提到，为了延长最后截止日期，公司需要获得计划债权人的同意。根据计划，若获得超过50%持有计划债权本金的债权人书面同意，公司将能够实现这一延长。此外，公司感谢所有利益相关者对重组计划的支持，并承诺将在适当时机提供进一步的更新信息。
