CapitaLand Investment's (SGX:9CI) distribution per unit or DPU fell to SG$0.0264 in the second half of 2024 from SG$0.03 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The amount available for distribution to unitholders declined to SG$46.6 million from SG$51.8 million in the comparable period.
Net property income was down to SG$108.6 million from SG$117.5 million.
Gross revenue decreased to SG$168.5 million from SG$180.2 million a year earlier, mainly due to lower revenue from business parks and logistics parks portfolio.
Retail portfolio occupancy remained stable at 98.2%.
