智通财经APP获悉，西部水泥(02233)再涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.42%，报1.51港元，成交额2751.49万港元。
天风证券发布研报称，1月27日，西部水泥公告斥资370万美元(2886万港元)拟收购CILU91.02%股权，本次收购可扩大公司于刚果(金)全国水泥行业的地区优势。CILU工厂附近拥有大量石灰岩矿，拥有超过100年的历史，是刚果(金)水泥市场的顶尖企业之一，于2019年完成了水泥窑升级。23年税前净利润为-343.51亿刚果法郎(折合约1202万美元)。此次收购完成后预计CILU的设计水泥产能将达到每年120万吨。
海通国际此前指出，根据数字水泥网援引Research and Market报告，撒哈拉以南非洲水泥市场预计将在2023至2028年间以4%左右的复合增速增长，未来随着非洲人口数量的不断增长以及城镇化率的不断提升，基础设施建设有望持续加码，非洲水泥市场具有十分广阔的需求增长空间。非洲需求有增长、水泥工业相对落后，正是中资水泥企业寻求的基建新蓝海。看好中资水泥企业出海非洲的前景，建议关注积极出海非洲的水泥企业。
