Terra Uranium (ASX:T92) has permits in place for an exploration and drill program for the year across multiple projects, subject to funding, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The firm completed a review of operations following the signing of option agreements with ATHA Energy and a management contract with Axiom Exploration Services based in Canada, the filing said.

Its core uranium projects at the Athabasca Basin have a total of 18 drill-ready targets across its HawkRock, Pasfield, and Parker projects, and exploration programs are planned.

ATHA Energy has the option to begin drilling at the Pasfield Lake project in concert with drilling on its own adjacent Ridge project.

Meanwhile, it is planning to test shallower uranium targets at its Spire and Horizon projects, following an airborne geophysics survey. It will also conduct geophysics surveys at the HawkRock and Pasfield East projects, leading to drill-ready targets

It also advanced the proposed acquisition of the Amer Lake uranium project with completion anticipated before the end of the current fiscal year.

Terra Uranium's shares climbed past 13% on market close on Friday.
