Odaily星球日报讯 香港持牌虚拟资产交易所 EX.IO 宣布拟开发 RWA 和证券代币产品，EX.IO 表示已与虚拟资产投资公司 Octiv Capital 签署谅解备忘录，相关产品或将传统金融和另类资产相结合。 此前消息，EX.IO 去年 12 月获得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（证监会）颁发的批准，根据第 1 类（证券交易），第 7 类（提供自动化交易服务）牌照以及《打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金筹集条例》（AML0）规定经营虚拟资产交易平台。据悉，EX.IO 是由新浪旗下的华盛资本集团作为主要投资者，隆领资本、维信金科投资的一家具有券商背景的持牌机构。（信报）
