智通财经APP讯，海思科(002653.SZ)发布公告，公司子公司西藏海思科制药有限公司和四川海思科制药有限公司于近日收到国家药品监督管理局下发的《药物临床试验批准通知书》，涉及药品：“HSK39004吸入粉雾剂”。
据悉，HSK39004是公司自主研发的全新的具有独立知识产权的靶向小分子抑制剂，临床拟用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗。临床前研究结果显示，HSK39004在离体气管环和体内疾病模型中表现出显著的气道舒张和抗炎作用，且安全性良好，是一款极具开发潜力的小分子阻塞性肺疾病治疗药物，有望为慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者提供一种新的治疗选择。
