China Sandi Holdings (HKG:0910) expects a delay in its issue of annual results for 2024 and dispatch of the relevant report, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company is looking for a suitable auditor following the resignation of Moore CPA from the said post in December 2024.
The company is also required to publish its annual results for 2024 by March 31 and dispatch its annual report by April 30. Failing to do so may get the trading in its shares suspended until the company publishes its results.
Given the high-risk status of real estate firms in China along with the shortage of the required time to publish the results and reports, the company finds most accounting firms reluctant to take on a Chinese Real Estate Firm as a client on short notice.
