格隆汇2月5日｜印尼网约车巨头GoTo当地时间2月4日提交文件，否认同竞争对手Grab的合并传闻。该公司称，“除实施股票回购外，未来12个月内没有任何重大行动计划”。此前有市场消息称，Grab与GoTo最近几周加快协商，认为今年是达成交易的有利时机。过去几年双方一直在断断续续地协商，合并障碍包括双方之间的分歧，以及两家公司在印尼、新加坡等市场主导地位可能带来的反垄断问题。
