据悉，小菜园是知名中国大众便民中式餐饮市场直营连锁餐厅之一，以业务规模和增长率计均居于业内顶级行列。截至最后实际可行日期，公司有623家在营的直营门店，覆盖中国13个省的135个城市或县。值得一提的是，据商务部商务大数据监测，春节假期前4天（1.28-31），全国重点零售和餐饮企业销售额同比增长5.4%，增速相比24年国庆假期4.5%有所提升。
此外，恒生综指将于2月21日迎来新一轮检讨结果，本次调整将在3月10日正式生效，港股通也将对应调整。据中信证券估算，小菜园等股份有望纳入港股通标的。
