需求下滑 默沙东暂停向中国市场供应HPV疫苗
2月5日，默沙东暂停向中国供应HPV疫苗佳达修（Gardasil）引发市场关注。默沙东方面回应媒体称，受整体市场环境、消费者需求疲软及渠道库存高等因素影响，默沙东与本土合作伙伴智飞生物进行了深入沟通，决定自2025年2月起根据消费者需求的动态变化，阶段性调整中国市场的发货节奏，预计将于年中逐步恢复常态。
默沙东方面称，这一举措将加速优化库存管理进程，进一步夯实默沙东与关键本土合作伙伴长期协同发展的基础。中国依然是佳达修长期增长的核心战略市场。适龄女性群体及近期获批的男性适应证覆盖人群中，依然存在广泛的免疫需求。默沙东对中国市场的潜力保持充分信心，对患者及消费者的承诺不会改变，积极布局未来。
据悉，作为默沙东产品组合的重要产品，这款用于预防癌症的Gardasil疫苗在中国的需求出现下滑，导致公司业绩展望显著下调。目前，预计2025年销售额为641亿美元至656亿美元，低于华尔街分析师预期的674亿美元平均水平。2024年，默沙东总营收641.68亿美元，同比增长7%。默沙东的HPV疫苗Gardasil/Gardasil 9全年销售额为85.83亿美元，同比下降3%。
