　　中国中冶（01618）发布公告，2025年1月26日，公司董事会接到副总裁曲阳先生的书面辞职报告。曲阳先生由于工作变动原因，向董事会辞去公司副总裁职务，辞职后曲阳先生不再担任公司任何职务。根据相关规定，曲阳先生的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。辞职报告载明，曲阳先生在任职期间与公司管理层无意见分歧。
