　　海峡石油化工（00852）发布公告，公司于2025年2月4日收到由Santron Holdings Limited（清盘中）（直至2023年3月为公司的全资附属公司）的联合清算人所发出的法定要求偿债书，当中要求公司于法定要求偿债书送达公司之日起计21天内支付8300万美元（该金额为山东胜星化工有限公司的未付贸易债务）及利息，否则债权人或可能会提出针对公司的清盘呈请

　　公司正就法定要求偿债书寻求法律意见，并将采取一切有效措施以保障股东和公司的利益。公司将在适当时机或根据上市条例就有关法定要求偿债书的相关事宜作进一步公布。
