2025年2月4日：商务部安全管制局发布公告，宣布将美国服饰集团PVH Corp.(NYSE:PVH)及科技公司Illumina, Inc.列入不可靠实体清单。商务部表示，上述两家实体违反正常的市场交易原则，中断与中国企业的正常交易，对中国企业采取歧视性措施，严重损害中国企业合法权益。不可靠实体清单工作机制将依据相关法律法规，对上述实体采取相应措施。商务部同时称，公告未尽事宜，按《不可靠实体清单规定》执行。而根据《不可靠实体清单规定》，被列入不可靠实体清单的企业将“限制或者禁止其从事与中国有关的进出口活动；限制或者禁止其在中国境内投资；限制或者禁止其相关人员、交通运输工具等入境；限制或者取消其相关人员在中国境内工作许可、停留或者居留资格；根据情节轻重给予相应数额的罚款……”等，这意味着PVH Corp.(NYSE:PVH）将会退出中国。该集团是美国的经营男装、女装、童装以及鞋类产品的服装集团，创建于1881年，年销售额80亿美元，被认为是是全球第二大服装集团。其总部设于纽约，拥有Calvin Klein、Tommy Hilfiger、Izod、Van Heusen、Arrow等品牌，并获得了DKNY、Geoffrey Beene、Kenneth Cole、John Henry以及其他私人品牌的销售权。
