展望第一季度，该公司预计营收将在8.2亿至8.3亿美元之间，分析师预期为8.52亿美元。对于2025年全年，该公司预计营收将在33.8亿至35亿美元之间，分析师预期为34.9亿美元。

Match董事会维持季度股息为每股0.19美元。另外，公司首席执行官Bernard Kim辞职，立即生效，而董事会成员Spencer Rascoff将接替其担任这一职位。Rascoff是互联网房地产公司Zillow Group的联合创始人和前首席执行官。
