美联集团首席执行官(住宅)暨美联工商铺首席执行官马泰阳指出，去年美联的业绩突飞猛进，在高度波动的市况中，实现盈利目标。
他表示，作为身兼四大业务首席执行官，希望积极促进不同业务之间的合作，例如工商铺团队可以参与豪宅的买卖，中国的同事可以带客户来港置业。当中，去年工商铺与美联物业住宅部合作促成的成交宗数升约2倍。
马泰阳希望透过发挥协同效应及通过跨部门的协作，为客户提供更多置业自用及投资的选择，带来更多的合作、选择及客源，令集团获得更高的盈利。(sl/da)
