BlockBeats 消息，2 月 5 日，Huobi 创始人李林回应 Justin Sun 质疑时表示，在 2022 年 10 月 HTX 交割过程中，双方在用户资产计算方式上存在重大分歧，和 Justin Sun 有过多次的沟通，Justin Sun 也明确表示，希望进一步核对账目并澄清事实。因此，这并非所谓“隐瞒调拨”或“资金窟窿”，而是因交割完成已经两年，核心人员及财务数据变动较大，导致双方对交割时财务数据的计算方式的理解误差。
Justin Sun 提到的“3000 万美元资金窟窿”，本质上是交易平台在经营两融（杠杆）业务时，由于极端行情导致的穿仓。在交割时，已经用公司收入做了这部分财务处理，交割给卖方的资产完全覆盖用户资产，不存在所谓的“资金窟窿”。
完全支持通过香港法院或第三方仲裁机构进行公正裁定，以法律途径维护各方合法权益，而非单方面利用社交媒体单边审判。
BlockBeats 此前报道，今日早些时候，TRON 创始人、HTX 全球顾问委员会成员 Justin Sun 在社交媒体发文表示，“熟悉内情的人都知道，李林当时隐瞒尽调材料，在内部搞了一个 3000 万美元的窟窿，最后动手脚被我发现，被揭穿之后耍赖皮最后一分不给，我借给公司填上了。”
