Sacks 还提到，拜访国会银行和金融委员会领导人后，他预计未来六个月内将推动针对加密货币的立法，以提供更清晰的监管框架。此外，美国 SEC 也在调整对加密货币的监管方式，削减专门针对加密货币的执法部门，并重新分配相关律师资源。
关于稳定币，Sacks 表示，政府希望推动其在美国本土的发行，以增强美元的国际主导地位，并创造对美国国债的新增需求。
