据报道，日产汽车已决定放弃与本田汽车的整合计划，因为这两家日本汽车制造商未能就交易条款达成共识。

　　两家公司将撤销去年12月签署的有关业务整合协商的谅解备忘录。这一决定是由于两家公司无法就双方在一家控股公司下的估值达成一致。日产还拒绝了本田将其作为子公司的提议。
