　　西部水泥（02233）早盘涨幅持续扩大，股价上涨7.19%，现报1.49港元，成交额1148.45万港元。

　　消息面上，西部水泥发布公告，于2025年1月27日，本公司间接全资附属公司WIH Cement与HM卖方群， HM AG及本公司订立HM购股协议，据此，WIH Cement 有条件同意收购，而HM卖方群有条件同意出售157.49万股 CILU 股份（占其已发行股本 91.02%），代价为370.01万美元（相当于约2886.05万港元），惟须作出惯常交割调整。

　　公告称，CILU为一间于刚果（金）注册成立及登记的公司，主要业务为营运位于刚果（金）卢卡拉的综合水泥厂，以及生产及分销水泥、水泥熟料及石灰粉。
