Henderson Land Development (HKG:0012) will inaugurate 12 projects with 5,400 apartments in 2025, the South China Morning Post reported Tuesday.
The rollout comes as the developer is hopeful market prices will rebound in the second half, the report said.
Among the projects to launch are phase two of the Belgravia Place in Cheung Sha Wan, with 248 units up for opening in February, the report said, citing general manager Thomas Lam Tat-man.
Another project up for launch in the first quarter is the 300-unit offering at Nam Kok Road in Kowloon City, while another 2,060-unit offering in Kai Tak will go live, the report said, citing Mark Hahn Ka-fai, another sales manager.
