Atlantic Lithium (ASX:A11) responded to media speculation regarding the ratification of its mining lease for the Ewoyaa lithium project in Ghana.
The company said it is in active discussions with the Ghanaian government as it strives to advance the project, which is set to be the country's first lithium mine, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Atlantic Lithium's shares were down 13% in recent Wednesday trade, hitting an all-time low.
