海峡石油化工（00852）发布公告，公司于2025年2月4日收到由Santron Holdings Limited（清盘中）联合清算人发出的法定要求偿债书，要求公司在法定要求偿债书送达之日起21天内支付8300万美元及利息，该金额为山东胜星化工有限公司的未付贸易债务。公告指出，如果公司未能按时偿还，债权人可能会提出针对公司的清盘申请。
