智通财经APP获悉，标普全球1月香港采购经理指数(PMI)跌至51，是去年10月以来最低，较去年12月下跌0.1，但指数仍连续4个月高于50，显示私营企业连续第4个月扩张经营活动，当中以批发及零售业表现较佳，但制造业及建造业则大幅减产。
报告指，企业1月新接订单量略多过去年12月，受访企业大多提及业务及客户消费减弱。来自内地的订单缩减至2022年5月以来最低，出口销售亦连跌3个月，减幅是去年10月以来最大。
企业1月增聘员工，扭转去年12月精简人手情况，主要由服务业与批发及零售业带动。企业整体采购量增幅放缓至去年10月以来最小，采购库存5个月来首次下跌，反映企业以更审慎态度部署库存。投入成本通胀升至3个月最高，反映原材料价格上升。
企业对未来一年经营前景维持看淡，但整体信心从去年11月的13个月低位逐步回升。受访者指，竞争压力、需求疲弱、美国经济政策不明朗等因素，都对业务前景构成压力。
