据《彭博社》，MicroStrategy 上周发行优先股单位，以 80 美元的价格成功售出，较其营销价格低 20%，实际收益率达到 10%。此次融资总额达 5.63 亿美元，超出最初目标的两倍。该优先股将按季度支付股息，转换价格设定为 1,000 美元，约为当前收盘价的 200%。MicroStrategy 表示，此次融资是其本季度筹资计划的一部分，目标最高达 20 亿美元。
