IT之家 2 月 4 日消息，根据波音公司昨天向 SEC 提交的年度 10-K 文件显示，2024 年在 CST-100 Starliner 商业载人飞船项目上的损失达 5.23 亿美元（IT之家备注：当前约 38.09 亿元人民币），超过了 2019 年的 4.89 亿美元再创新高。

这也意味着该项目累计损失突破 20 亿美元（当前约 145.68 亿元人民币）。该公司将这些损失归因于“进度延迟、测试和认证成本增加，以及认证后任务成本的上升”，而且波音还表示“未来仍有可能录得额外亏损”。

根据之前的报告来看，波音第二季度亏损 1.25 亿美元，第三季度亏损 2.5 亿美元。该公司在 1 月 23 日警告称，第四季度将出现额外亏损，但并未透露具体数字。根据年度亏损数据推算，第四季度亏损约为 1.48 亿美元（当前约 10.78 亿元人民币）。

在 1 月 30 日 NASA 航空航天安全咨询委员会（ASAP）会议上，委员会成员表示 NASA 已向他们通报了 Starliner 在载人飞行测试任务中遇到问题的最新进展。尽管 NASA 称在某些问题上取得了“突破进展”，但导致 NASA 最终决定无人返回的推进器问题仍未解决。

委员会成员保罗・希尔（Paul Hill）表示：“NASA 分享的细节让我们相信，他们正专注于正确的核心问题，并制定了安全飞行 Starliner 的相关路径”，但他并未透露有关 Starliner 何时再次上天的时间安排。
