Odaily星球日报讯 美联储发布半年度货币政策报告，其中提到，美联储继续以可预测的方式大幅减持美国国债和机构证券。自 2024 年 6 月以来，美联储已减持 2970 亿美元证券，自资产负债表缩减开始以来，证券持有量累计减少约 2 万亿美元。联邦公开市场委员会（FOMC）表示，打算将证券持有量维持在与在充足准备金制度下高效实施货币政策相符的水平。为确保平稳过渡，FOMC 于 2024 年 6 月放缓了证券持有量的下降速度，并打算在准备金余额略高于其认为与充足准备金相符的水平时，停止减持证券。（金十）
