Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (SGX:N2IU) and its subsidiary entered into a HK$600 million term loan facility, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The facility is guaranteed by DBS Trustee in its capacity as trustee of Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust, the filing said.
