兹提述公司日期为2025年1月10日内容有关最终发售价及分配结果的公告。由于国际发售并无超额分配，故整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际发售包销商)于稳定价格期间并无行使超额配股权，且稳定价格操作人或代其行事的任何人士于稳定价格期间并无采取任何稳定价格行动。超额配股权已于2025年2月7日(星期五)(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)失效。因此，概无根据超额配股权已发行或将予发行任何股份。
董事确认，公司全面遵守上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条的公众持股量规定，即在任何时间，已发行股份总数中必须至少有25%由公众持有。
