智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，本公司于日期为2025年1月28日的公布内披露，根据开曼群岛清盘规则发出的指示传票已于2025年1月31日(星期五)在开曼法院进行聆讯(开曼法院聆讯)。
在开曼群岛法院聆讯前，Speed Success已与姚先生就一份同意令(同意令)达成协议，指示其中包括：1)本公司将被视为诉讼的主体事项，但仅为履行披露文件的目的而继续作为诉讼一方;及2)诉讼将被视为姚先生与Speed Success之间的当事人诉讼。开曼群岛法院已于2025年1月31日颁布同意令，开曼法院聆讯已被撤销。同意令进一步规定，Speed Success须于2025年3月14日前提交及送达抗辩书。本公司将适时另行作出公布，以向股东及潜在投资者更新诉讼的最新情况。虽然本公司为诉讼的主体事项，惟由于开曼法院已同意并颁令该纠纷属于由姚先生与Speed Success(作为少数股东)之间解决的纠纷，除非由开曼法院颁令，否则本公司目前无意积极参与诉讼。
继本公司于2025年1月25日作出管理层变动后，本公司正就诉讼可能涉及的任何认可令条款寻求法律意见。
