新世界发展(00017.HK) 早前在投资者通讯披露，集团与远东发展(00035.HK) 合作开发的启德跑道住宅项目“柏蔚森”系列开售以来累计销售519个单位，套现超35亿元，创下2024年启德跑道区销量冠军纪录。
位于北角的“STATE PAVILIA皇都”提供388个住宅单位，截至1月16日为止一周内标售10套，平均售价近4,000万港元，平均呎价约34,300元，成为2025年港岛全新开售豪宅新盘呎价新高，合共套现近4亿元；至于项目中的商场 “STATE THEATRE by K11 ”，预计2027年启用。
集团指目前正积极开展多个新项目，当中包括位于九龙塘的住宅项目。其中在香港北部都会区，与招商蛇口合作开发的粉岭马适路大型商住项目已完成补地价程序，项目总楼面逾111万平方呎，于今年初动工。该项目将提供约2,300个住宅单位，并为公司在北都近1,500万平方呎的农地开发，探索出一种全新发展模式。
集团未来亦会加快港铁黄竹坑站“港岛海岸”第五期、半山卫城道高端住宅以及启德楼盘等项目的推售进度，加上已推出的楼盘，2024/25财年全年合计共推出超过4,400个单位。(ha/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-05 12:25。)
