新浪科技讯 2月5日上午消息，蔚来法务部今日发布《关于进一步打击黑公关和网络水军的声明》，对外公布近期维权进展。

　　声明称，蔚来已对“妄图改变世界”、“细思极恐的奇闻”等侵权账号持有人提起诉讼，目前案件正在推进中。某些网络账号为博取自身流量，仍在极其恶劣地以侮辱、诽谤等方式攻击蔚来及蔚来创始人，如“老蔡商业反思”账号持有人蔡勇劲等，也将对之提起诉讼，在此过程中发现涉嫌构成犯罪的，将向有关部门报案。

　　另外，也注意到近期有关于污蔑蔚来及子品牌乐道的话题冲上热搜，紧接着成千上万的雷同话术全网传播。经核查，发现一批疑似黑公关和水军账号参与其中，包括“栋幺**”、“wkZ****”、“ban***”、“远*”、“萝*”、“Space*****”、“hz牛**”、“爽朗的***”、“卖连衣裙的*****”、“不一样的**”、“张三的瞎*”、“菠萝菠萝**”、“kenzo****”、“3423说*”、“ek**”、“一休*”、“跪下叫爸*”、“54**”等在内的众多账号。这些账号在部分长期发布污蔑蔚来及旗下乐道品牌内容的账号的评论区尤为活跃，话术极其雷同。已申请调取该批账号的信息，并将依法向有关部门举报其违法行为。对于构成侵权或犯罪的，将坚决提起诉讼或进行报案。后续将持续核查发布此类信息的账号及持有人身份，并采取法律措施。
