FMC (FMC) reported Q4 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.79 per diluted share, up from $1.07 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.60.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec.31 was $1.22 billion, up from $1.15 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.32 billion.
The company expects Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.05 to $0.15 on revenue of $750 million to $800 million. Analysts expect EPS of $0.77 on revenue of $957.4 million.
FMC also said that it expects full-year 2025 adjusted EPS of $3.26 to $3.70 on revenue between $4.15 billion and $4.35 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $4.35 on revenue of $4.39 billion.
Shares of the company tumbled about 16% in recent after-hours trading.
