Kering (FR:KER): Gucci, the luxury-goods group's flagship label, said it would part ways with creative head Sabato De Sarno. Kering is seeking to rejuvenate its fashion houses.

A.P. Moeller-Maersk (DK:MAERSK.B): Shares of the shipping company rose after it reported better-than-expected quarterly profit. Shipping rates were boosted by disruption in the Red Sea.

BYD (HK:1211): Shares of the Chinese auto maker jumped on hopes it could roll out its autonomous-driving technology in more affordable cars. The rally came after BYD said it would hold a press conference about its smart-car strategy next week.

Ørsted (DK:OMS): Shares gained ground in Denmark after the troubled wind-farm developer slashed its investment plan for the period to 2030 by 25%.

AstraZeneca $(AZN)$: The drug maker's shares rose after its fourth-quarter results came in ahead of expectations.
