海螺水泥终止认购中建西部建设股份
财中社2月5日电海螺水泥（600585/00914）发布公告，宣布终止认购中建西部建设股份有限公司的非公开发行A股股份。该公司于2021年12月21日与西部建设签署了相关的股票认购协议及战略合作协议，计划以自有资金参与此次发行。然而，根据中国证券监督管理委员会于2024年2月1日出具的批复，该注册申请在12个月内有效，但在此期间，公司与西部建设尚未进行股份发行及认购事宜。
经过审慎研究并与西部建设协商一致，公司于2025年2月5日签署了终止协议，决定不再参与此次非公开发行的认购。公告指出，此次认购的终止不会对公司与西部建设的既有合作产生不利影响，双方将继续在资源、技术和市场等领域进行长期合作，致力于为双方股东及投资者创造更大的价值。
2024年前三季度，海螺水泥实现收入681.50亿元，归母净利润51.98亿元。
