智通财经APP获悉，摩根士丹利发布研究报告称，国务院公布自本月10日起，会对美国入口的液化天然气(LNG)征收关税15%。
报告中称，上述此举对内地公用燃气公司的影响轻微，并指内地去年从美国入口430万吨LNG，仅占总LNG进口5.6%或总进口天然气3%左右。所以，认为上述关税应对内地整体进口天然气的成本影响不大。
该行表示，整体而言，对内地整体燃气成本及能源安全的影响有限，更便宜的美国燃气价格也可部分抵销关税。该行认为，对包括新奥能源(02688)等燃气公司的影响中性，不过对拥有较大美国LNG进口合约的公司或会受到负面影响。
