　　经就公司作出于有关情况下的合理查询后，董事会确认，截至本公告时间，其并不知悉任何有关公司股份价格今日出现波动的原因或任何须予以披露以避免公司证券出现虚假市场的资料，且其亦不知悉任何根据香港法例第571章《证券及期货条例》第XIVA部须作出披露的内幕消息。

　　公司亦确认，截至本公告时间，集团的业务营运维持正常，且集团的业务营运及财务状况并无发生任何重大不利变动。
